Stock & Rod Return/Exchange Policy and Guidelines:
All returns must be made within 30 days of initially receiving your order. If 30 days have passed, items are not eligible for return or could be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Items being returned must be in new, unused condition. Upon receiving returned items, Stock & Rod reserves the right to deny the return and send the item back to the original purchaser if in fact the item is not in new condition.
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.
Refund values will not include initial or return shipping costs.
To process exchanges, the purchaser needs to return the original order to Stock & Rod with information in the package detailing what exactly they would like their items exchanged for. As soon as the returned items arrive to Stock & Rod, we will process the exchange and ship the new items out.
In the event that a package is "unclaimed" by the receiver and returned to Stock & Rod by the carrier for whatever reason, Stock & Rod will issue a refund to the original purchaser for the value of the goods only.
In the end, Stock & Rod will work with the purchaser to reasonably handle the return/exchange situation. It is most important to us that you have a product you are proud to wear and use.

How To Request A Refund

If you checked out as a guest, please use the email used at checkout to receive the order & tracking notification and a click forgot password to receive an access to the returns.
If you prefer to not login, simply send the item/items back to us with a note in the box as to the refund/exchange you are requesting. As soon as it arrives to us, we will verify the item is in new condition and move forward with the request.

International shipping prices are shown as the price for shipping the package from Stock & Rod to customs of the receiving country. In some cases, the receiving country's customs department will require the receiver to pay additional fees to receive or pick up the package. Stock & Rod has no control over whether the receiving country's customs department decides to assess additional fees or not. The buyer understands that they are responsible for all additional fees once the package arrives in their country.
